the water slides were super fun and the beach was REALLY lovely, especially the bar there.
the shower in my room had a wobbly base and it did not drain. the decor was QUITE shabby, too.

I especially liked the slides. They were super fun!!! our pasha suite had three rooms, a great setup for our family. the all-inclusive offer was worth it. I loved the variety of food and that they had a kids-friendly part.
The hotel felt a bit tired around the edges. Some areas could use a refresh. they are refurbishing rooms.

I found the multiple swimming pools suited all ages. Indoor and outdoor options were available! the entertainment team kept us engaged with activities each day. dining options offered something for every taste, very helpful for picky eaters in the family.
The hotel rooms seemed a bit worn. A few areas could use some refurbishment. it did not ruin the holiday, but it was noticeable.

the shower in my room didn't drain, so you needed to be in and out quickly. decor was quite shabby, too.

noticeable noisecrowded restaurant
I stayed in a ground floor room and found the noise from above quite noticeable. Footsteps and furniture moving were constantly audible. also, the main buffet restaurant could get very crowded during peak hours, resulting in long queues and a less than relaxing dining experience. finding a table sometimes was like a competitive sport. these small issues did detract somewhat from the overall experience.
