noticeable noise crowded restaurant
I stayed in a ground floor room and found the noise from above quite noticeable. Footsteps and furniture moving were constantly audible. also, the main buffet restaurant could get very crowded during peak hours, resulting in long queues and a less than relaxing dining experience. finding a table sometimes seemed like a competitive sport. these small issues did detract somewhat from the overall experience.
